Organize PDF
Reorder and delete PDF pages visually, then save a new file.
See thumbnails of every page, drag them into a new order or delete the ones you do not need, and download the reorganized PDF. Everything runs in your browser — your file is never uploaded.
Upload a single PDF to load a thumbnail of every page. Use the arrow buttons to move a page earlier or later in the sequence, or the remove button to drop pages you don't need, then click Save to download the reorganized copy.
Common mistakes
- Thinking this merges separate PDFs — it only reorders and deletes pages within one file; use the Merge PDF tool to combine multiple documents.
- Removing a page and expecting an undo history — only Reset (before saving) restores the original pages; after downloading, re-upload the source file to start over.
- Expecting reordering to update page numbers, headers, or footers printed on the page — those stay exactly as they were, since only the page order changes.
Frequently asked questions
Does this change my original file?
No — it produces a new PDF for download. Your original file on disk is left untouched.
Can I combine pages from two different PDFs?
No — this tool only reorders and removes pages within a single PDF. To pull pages from multiple files into one document, use the Merge PDF tool instead.
Can I undo removing a page?
Yes, but only before saving — click Reset to restore the original order and any removed pages. Once you've downloaded the file, re-upload the original PDF to start again.
Is there a limit to how many pages I can organize?
There's no fixed limit; it depends on your browser's available memory. Very long PDFs may take a little longer to generate thumbnails.
Does changing the page order update page numbers printed in the document?
No — reordering only changes the page sequence in the file. Any page numbers, headers, or footers printed on the pages themselves are not rewritten.
