Sign PDF

Draw your signature and stamp it onto a PDF page.

Sign a document without printing. Draw your signature with a mouse or finger, choose the page, corner and size, and stamp it onto the PDF. Everything runs in your browser — your document is never uploaded.

Draw your signature in the pad using your mouse, trackpad, or finger, then use Clear Pad if you want to start over. Choose the page to stamp it on, pick a corner for the position, and drag the slider to set the size. Click Apply to embed the signature into the PDF and download the signed file.

Common mistakes

  • Assuming this creates a legally binding cryptographic signature — it only places a visible signature image on the page, not a certified digital signature with an audit trail.
  • Drawing a tiny, rushed signature with a mouse or trackpad; it looks shaky and hard to read once enlarged with the size slider.
  • Signing only one page when several need it — you have to repeat the process for each page that requires a signature.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a legally binding e-signature?

It adds a visible signature image. For a certified digital signature with a cryptographic certificate you would need dedicated e-signature software.

Can I resize or move the signature after applying it?

No — once you click Apply, the signature is embedded in the downloaded PDF. Adjust the page, position, and size beforehand, or start again from your original file to change it.

Can I sign multiple pages in the same document?

Yes. Apply the signature to one page, then run the tool again on the same PDF and pick a different page to add another.

Can I save my signature so I don't have to redraw it every time?

Not currently — the pad clears whenever you reload the tool, so you draw fresh each time. This keeps things private since nothing is saved or uploaded.
