Are my photos uploaded?
No. The image is decoded and converted on your device in your browser. Only the decoder code is loaded by the page; your photo is not sent anywhere.
Does the JPG keep my photo metadata?
No. The converted JPG contains the image pixels but does not copy EXIF metadata such as GPS location or camera details.
Can I convert a Live Photo or a batch?
This tool converts one still HEIC or HEIF image at a time. It does not convert video or preserve Live Photo motion.
